Amira Abed is the HR Manager at Haskell & White, a CPA firm, where she draws on over a decade of human resource and operations experience. She holds a law degree, which informs her strategic and compliance-driven approach to people management.

Amira’s connection to Lamps of Light grew out of her work alongside Executive Director Amin Rafiq at the Islamic Center of Irvine, where she also served on the board of directors. That shared commitment to community service and mental health access brought her to the Lamps of Light board, where she contributes her organizational and operational expertise to help advance the organization’s mission.
