ABOUT US

Empowering Individuals
& Communities

Lamps of Light Project, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities in addressing the complexities of chemical and behavioral addictions through education, treatment, and diverse resources. While our services cater to the general population, we possess a distinct specialization in serving the SAMENA (Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, North & Sub-Saharan African) and Muslim communities, recognizing the urgent demand for support in this context. At the core of our approach lies the belief in centering individuals who have courageously faced the shadows of trauma, neglect, and addiction—and emerged victorious in their journey of recovery. They become the guiding ‘lamps of light,’ offering invaluable guidance and support to others seeking solace and transformation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals facing trauma, addictions & other disorders through compassionate, customized care. We educate families and communities, combat stigma, and celebrate recovery as a transformative journey. Although we specialize in serving SEMENA communities, we strive to be a beacon of hope and healing for all.

Our Vision

We envision a future where mental health and addiction recovery are celebrated, holistic wellness thrives in safe, stigma-free spaces, and everyone receives the support needed for lasting healing.

Our Values

Our values empower lives and transform communities with compassion, empathy, respect, and understanding. Integrity and transparency build trust and lasting relationships.
